Everything 4WD Returns Policy
WHAT can be returned?
Most products sold by Everything 4WD can be returned, but some restrictions apply:
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and manuals intact.
- Non-returnable items include customized products, items marked as “final sale,” or products that show signs of installation or damage.
- Electrical items, such as car audio systems, cannot be returned if the packaging seal is broken.
WHEN do items need to be returned by?
- Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.
- For items damaged in transit or with manufacturing defects, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Alternatively, items can be shipped to our Cranbourne store. Contact our customer service team for return instructions.
HOW do customers return items?
- Customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any item.
- Include the original invoice or proof of purchase and the RA number with the returned item.
- Properly package the item to avoid damage during transit.
SHIPPING for returns
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged during transit.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.
CREDIT for returns
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
- Store credit is available upon request.
- For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Packing materials
- Items must be returned in their original packaging with all components, accessories, and manuals included.
- Returns without original packaging may be denied or subject to restocking fees.
