Everything 4WD Returns Policy
 

WHAT can be returned?

Most products sold by Everything 4WD can be returned, but some restrictions apply:

  • Items must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging, accessories, and manuals intact.
  • Non-returnable items include customized products, items marked as “final sale,” or products that show signs of installation or damage.
  • Electrical items, such as car audio systems, cannot be returned if the packaging seal is broken.

WHEN do items need to be returned by?

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or store credit.
  • For items damaged in transit or with manufacturing defects, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Items can be returned to either of our Everything 4WD store locations:
    • Cranbourne Store:

Alternatively, items can be shipped to our Cranbourne store. Contact our customer service team for return instructions.

HOW do customers return items?

  • Customers must contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number before returning any item.
  • Include the original invoice or proof of purchase and the RA number with the returned item.
  • Properly package the item to avoid damage during transit.

SHIPPING for returns

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective or damaged during transit.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or our error.

CREDIT for returns

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the return is processed.
  • Store credit is available upon request.
  • For exchanges, the replacement item will be shipped after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Packing materials

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging with all components, accessories, and manuals included.
  • Returns without original packaging may be denied or subject to restocking fees.
